Charges for callout support for corporations will be the total of (1) - (3).

Japan PC Service was listed on the Nagoya Stock Exchange Centrex on November 26, 2014.
This achievement is also thanks to the warm support of all of our customers.

Modern society now involves many products that connect to a network. Here at Japan PC Service we feel that, after electricity, gas, and water, the home network is growing into the fourth lifestyle infrastructure.
Furthermore, Japan faces the ongoing advancement of less children being born, a greying society, and a falling population, creating an era in which reliance on IT, smart housing, and robots cannot be avoided.
Amid these issues, our company has developed our business primarily based in an emergency service for PCs, while providing our customers with a one-stop service for resolving problems, making repairs, restoring data, performing placement and settings, and giving control lessons for PCs, digital home electronics, smartphones, tablets, and other devices that support use on a network.
Looking into the future, home ICT devices are sure to develop further, including smart houses, car navigation systems, wearable terminals, and robots, and we believe that it is the role of our service to connect people with these home ICT devices.
In order for our company to take on this role, there is a requirement to heighten an awareness of turning to Japan PC Service when having problems with one’s home network. In order to move beyond just PCs and network related business and expand into the new fields of smart houses, wearable terminals, and robots, there is a requirement to heighten trust in our company. Finally, in order to further grow our business, there is also a requirement to secure exceptional personnel.
